Travel agent services: booking and support

WHAT I OFFER

Booking and support: ease over everything

A travel agent won't always get you the cheapest price.

What I can promise is ease.

This service is for people who don't want to juggle a dozen tabs, logins, and confirmation emails—and who want one person to call if something goes sideways.

Who this is for

This service is for travelers who have a direction or plan they feel good about and want someone else to handle the details.

You might be coming from trip ideation or planning support, or you might already know exactly what you want to book.

Either way, you're ready to stop managing it yourself.

This tends to fit well if you:

  • Want everything coordinated in one place

  • Value peace of mind over chasing the absolute lowest price

  • Like having a real person to contact when things shift

What I handle for you

When I act as your travel agent, I handle the booking and coordination so everything lives in one place.

That typically includes:

  • Booking hotels, resorts, cruises, or packaged trips

  • Coordinating flights and transfers when it makes sense

  • Managing confirmations, payments, and deadlines

  • Being your point of contact before, during, and after travel

  • Troubleshooting when plans change or disruptions happen

Instead of wondering who to email, you just reach out to me.

What I don't promise (on purpose)

I want to be clear about this upfront.

I don't promise:

  • The absolute cheapest price on the internet

  • Secret deals no one else can access

  • Price-matching every flash sale you see

If your main goal is to beat what you found on Expedia or Google, this probably isn't the right fit. And that is absolutely okay!

What you actually get

Fewer decisions. Fewer headaches.

You get a single point of contact who understands the full context of your trip—and who's there when:

  • Your flight gets canceled

  • The hotel says they don't have your reservation

  • You need to move a dinner reservation because plans shifted

  • You just want to know if something makes sense

You also get:

  • Fewer logins and less inbox clutter

  • Clear explanations when tradeoffs exist

  • Support if weather or other disruptions interfere

  • Someone who's thinking about your trip, not just processing a transaction

How planning fees work

In many cases, when I book your trip as your agent, planning fees are waived or credited back—because the planning and booking work happen together.

If a planning fee does apply, I'll walk through it upfront. No surprises.

How this connects to the other services

Most trips flow one of three ways:

  1. Trip ideation — you're exploring options and need ideas

  2. Planning support — you're building a confident plan

  3. Travel agent services — you're booking and managing the trip

Some people only need one. Others use all three. There's no required path.

Is this right for you?

This service tends to work well if:

  • You value ease and organization

  • You don't want to coordinate everything yourself

  • You like knowing there's a real person backing your trip

If that sounds like you, let's talk.
